I have been thinking and to help you in the best way I am now introducing gym vs. home exercises. My hope is that either if you train at home or at gym under these days, you find these videos as a helping hand. So first out we going for glute exercises.

1️⃣ Single leg Glute bridge // 4 set x 12 reps each leg
2️⃣ Single leg Deadlift // 4 set x 12 reps each leg
3️⃣ Curtsy lunges // 4 set x 12 reps each leg.
